TOP 3 Notable Games:
3. Auburn 10 @ Texas A&M 27
- Texas A&M lost their starting quarterback early but it wasn’t a factor, in this “where are we?” game for Auburn, Auburn kept it close in the first half only down 6-3, but Texas A&M would outscore them 21-7 in the second. In a heartfelt moment Texas A&M backup Max Johnson threw a touchdown to his brother, Jake.
2. Arkansas 31 @ #12 LSU 34
- Arkansas led this battle at halftime 13-10 with an upset in mind, but LSU would storm back with a 24-18 second half and a kick in the final seconds to seal the win for the Tigers. Wide Receivers Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr each had 130+ yards and 2 touchdowns in the win.
1. #15 Ole Miss 10 @ #13 Alabama 24
- The Alabama quarterback mystery *SHOULD* now be solved. After a slow first half, down 7-6, the Alabama offense sprung alive scoring 18 in the second half, Jalen Milroe recaptured his starting opportunity throwing for 225 yards and a touchdown, with another added “what are you doing?” interception. Jase McClellan led the tide with 105 rushing yards, and 1 Touchdown. Ole Miss was held to their lowest number of points scored since October of last season with 10.
Summary:
A rather typical week in the SEC, a couple of close home wins by heavy favorites, and Nick Saban is again back to beating his former assistants. LSU had a scare with Arkansas, and Missouri is… 4-0? Its head turn worthy since they have a top 15 win on their resume, but nothing to start worrying about… yet. Alabama (for the moment) has solved its quarterback mystery and Auburn has found out how they are as a team 4 weeks into the season. More SEC Matchplay is on the way, will we get more shake ups this coming week?

Ole Miss will get a chance to get those spots back when they take on LSU, and Alabama MAY just be tested when they travel to Mississippi State.
