Conference Championship betting cheat sheet
4 teams fighting for 2 spots to have a chance at 1 Lombardi trophy. It’s the Conference Championship round and the stakes keep getting higher. We have had our hand on the pulse when handicapping these Playoff games, enjoying a good run of form. Fingers crossed that our luck doesn’t run out anytime soon.

This brings us to 6-1 for our Playoff bets. This weekend we have two good games on our slate involving 4 very potent squads that should make for awesome viewing. The margins will surely be tight in these games but there should still be opportunities for us to make some profit. So without further ado, let’s breakdown our two Championship games;
AFC Championship: Chiefs v Bengals
A clash of two AFC powerhouses lead by two elite young signal callers who always put on a show every time they play against each other. The Burrow lead Bengals have proven to be a very tough matchup for the Chiefs. In their last 3 high profiles games, the Bengals came out victors in tightly contested affairs, winning all games by 3 points. Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain in the Divisional round and that caused a lot of line movement prior to Mahomes being confirmed as a full participant in team practices. We were able to bet on Kansas City +2,5 earlier in the week, now the line is at Bengals +1,5. We’ll be placing some live bets as the game progresses, betting 1 unit whenever a team is +7 underdog. The history of this fixture indicates that the final score will be a close one so our bets have a good probability of getting home. Both squads have well run offensive units that are capable of putting up points on the board. The stakes are high in this one with a chance to go to the Super Bowl on the line so we expect an offensive shootout.
Favourite bet: Over 47,5 @20/23.
NFC Championship: Eagles v 49ers
A clash between two well built rosters. Both teams are very strong on both sides of the ball , without an area of resounding weakness. These teams match up very well against each other in almost every aspect, making it a bit tougher to read between the lines. The line opened up at Eagles -1 but was quickly bet down to Eagles -2,5 with some sharp punters favouring the Eagles. We favour the Eagles as
well, with our Eagles future bet still in play. However, we don’t expect the 49ers to make it easy for them. They have a league leading miserly defence that’s a tough matchup for any offense. The Eagles on the other hand, have the most ferocious defensive line in the league and it’s bound to be a long day for rookie QB Brock Purdy. We expect the offensive units to have a tough outing against two tough defensive units. We predict this to be a defensive battle with low scoring.
